Solution

The underside of the roof was fully netted and the old glass rooflights removed. The asbestos roof sheets in between the rooflights were also removed, safely lowered to the ground and removed from site by a licenced asbestos waste carrier. 108 new GRP roof lights were installed and the difference in the natural light was welcomed by the client.
